Five talented musicians and vocalists perform all of Smokie’s hits, including If You Think You Know How to Love Me, Meet You At Midnight, Something Is Making Me Blue, Lay Back In The Arms Of Someone, Oh Carol, and of course their most famous song, Living Next Door To Alice.
They will also perform some classics covered by Smokie like Needles And Pins and Have You Ever Seen The Rain.

Paul Bonner: Drums and amazing ‘Smokie’ vocals. He started his first band aged 15, provided backing vocals for 60s stars and was a TV cameraman before joining The New Honeycombs playing theatres and venues.
Eddie Wheeler: Guitar/Vocals. He started playing guitar aged 5 and turned professional at 17 working in Europe backing and supporting many big names. He later worked as a studio musician playing and singing on many hits. He is currently a long-standing member of Vanity Fare touring most of the world. He also enjoys performing solo.
Holger Skepeneit: Keyboards/Vocals. Born in Germany he started playing classical piano aged 8, moving to Jazz and Blues at 14. He graduated with a First Class Honours Degree at Leeds College of Music. During his career he has performed with many dozens of famous names and composed music for award-winning films.
Cliff Jones: Guitar/Vocals. He has performed with various International Bands playing Europe, Scandinavia and The Middle East. He has appeared on TV shows, performed on Radio and, more recently, enjoys a solo career.
Jeff Malin: Bass/Vocals. He started playing in a school band and at 16 joined Beat Syndicate supporting groups such as The Rolling Stones and Lulu. More recently he spent 14 years with The New Honeycombs playing many theatres

Parking
The Theatre campus has very limited onsite parking available, parking any available spaces will be allocated on a first arrival basis. We recommend you use local car parks such as St Radigund’s (5-7 minute walk), Pound Lane (10 minute walk) Canterbury West (10-12 minute walk) or public transport.
Mask Wearing & Covid-19
Mask wearing is no longer mandatory but we support an individuals choice to wear a mask throughout the building.
The theatre has a fresh air flow system which pumps fresh air from outside into the auditorium – this can mean if the outside air temperature is low the theatre can feel cool.
Refunds & Exchanges
The production company is not offering refunds unless the show is cancelled. Tickets can be changed for an alternative performance of the same show (subject to availability). We can endeavour to resell your ticket, if the show is old out. if your ticket is sold, we will refund the ticket value to the original payment method.
