Antiques and a Little Bit of Nonsense

26th March 2023, 7.30pm

OUT AND ABOUT WITH……

Four of the country’s favourite television personalities from the world of antiques will entertain you with tales from the saleroom, television and beyond.  The enormous variety of their experiences range from selling chickens and cattle to priceless Chinese artefacts and to multi-million pound cars.  Hear how Philip Serrell started out on his auctioneering career, how the ebullient and eccentric Charles Hanson set up a thriving business and how Charlie Ross ended up flying across the world to sell ‘old bangers’. The three of them will (we hope) be kept in check by the delightful and effervescent Christina Trevanion.

Mask Wearing & Covid-19

We ask that you do not attend the theatre if you have tested positive for covid-19 and are within your 5 days of isolation.  Mask wearing is no longer mandatory but we support an individuals choice to wear a mask throughout the building.

The theatre has a fresh air flow system which pumps fresh air from outside into the auditorium – this can mean if the outside air temperature is low the theatre can feel cool.
