A BRAND NEW MAGIC SHOW FOR 2024
★★★★★ ‘Magic is in his bones. Disbelief, flabbergasted, stunned’ (Henley Herald)
Star of The Greatest Magician™, and the BBC’s most broadcast magician of the last decade – the award-winning James Phelan – debuts this breath-taking new magic show.
Most infamous for jamming the BBC switchboard after correctly predicting the lottery, and described as ‘Joel Dommett meets Derren Brown’ – The Dreamer is a celebration of the impossible becoming possible.
With ‘heartwarming story-telling’ (The Standard) and unparalleled ‘mind-blowing magic’ (Herald) – you’ll find yourself swept into a wonderful world of amazement, laughter and mystery.
The Dreamer is an astonishing, enigmatic, five star rated spectacle that will leave you aching with laughter and dizzy in disbelief. You can’t afford to miss it.
‘One to watch in the world of magic’ (The List)
The theatre box office and bar will open one hour before show time for ticket collection, sales and refreshments.

Parking
The Theatre campus has very limited onsite parking available, parking any available spaces will be allocated on a first arrival basis. We recommend you use local car parks such as St Radigund’s (5-7 minute walk), Pound Lane (10 minute walk) Canterbury West (10-12 minute walk) or public transport.
Mask Wearing & Covid-19
We ask that you do not attend the theatre if you have tested positive for covid-19 and are within your 5 days of isolation. Mask wearing is no longer mandatory but we support an individuals choice to wear a mask throughout the building.
The theatre has a fresh air flow system which pumps fresh air from outside into the auditorium – this can mean if the outside air temperature is low the theatre can feel cool.
Refunds & Exchanges
The production company is not offering refunds unless the show is cancelled. Tickets can be changed for an alternative performance of the same show (subject to availability). We can endeavour to resell your ticket, if the show is sold out. If your ticket is sold, we will refund the ticket value to the original payment method.
